The apartment is very nice and clean. It has pretty much everything you need, and the location is fantastic. There are several markets, restaurants, and the center of La Laguna just a short walk away—everything is really within reach. We left our car in the garage. As I had read in advance, the parking spot is indeed a bit tight, but after a couple of days we got used to it. It's no problem at all if you have another person to help guide you while parking. The apartment also has a coffee machine, and the host was very responsive to all of our questions—communication was quick and easy. Just a small note: if you're using maps, don’t be confused when it shows that you have to enter a “restricted” zone to access the garage—that’s allowed for those who have a parking space there, so it’s totally fine.

This property is an apartment complex, so we went out for breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and the area looked very shady and had the taxi driver wait until the hostess arrived with the keys. The neighborhood looked much better in the daylight. The hostess, who is married to the owner was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to take us back to the airport.
