We love staying in this hotel. Modern and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The free shuttle was very helpful. The pool is amazing.

The room was functional enough, but the staff were amazingly attentive and professional yet fun.

Really nice and clean apartment, quiet and peaceful as well within less then 5min walking to Val D'Europe shopping center and 25min walk to Disneyland.

The location is perfect. It's just a 10 minute stroll to Disneyland. The room is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

Great location, 1 bus stop away from Disney. Near a mall that has food and shops (and a 10 minute walk to lidl). The beds are comfy. The apartment is clean. The kitchen has enough to cook a family meal. They also had coffee, tea,sugar, washing up sponge, washing up soap-this was really useful. Cleaning stuff, so I could sweep -useful with children! Very family friendly. The apartment is nice and light, we came in February and it's been really warm and cozy. Facilities: The pool is excellent. Clean and big. There is other games down stairs in the lobby that are great for family/children. Communication has been great and the host has been really helpful and kind. We booked one night, then booked 2 more nights! Would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an absolutely beautiful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed for our trip. There was plenty of bedding and additional towels available, which was really appreciated. The central heating worked very well, making the apartment nice and cozy. Before arrival, we received very clear and detailed instructions. We will admit that the building can feel a little bit like a maze at first, especially when figuring out the entrance, retrieving the access code, and collecting the keys. However, after the first time it becomes very straightforward, and the instructions provided made the process much easier. We arrived very late on Friday, around 1:00 a.m., and unfortunately discovered that there was no water in the apartment. It turned out that the water had accidentally been switched off by another unit in the building. While it was certainly inconvenient to be without water for a few hours, what really stood out was the host's exceptional communication and willingness to help. Despite the late hour, they were available, reassured us immediately, and promised to address the issue first thing in the morning. They were even prepared to drive out personally if needed. Luckily, the source of the problem was found quickly and water was restored to the entire building by the following day lunch time. It was clearly nobody's fault, and the way the situation was handled gave us great confidence in the hosts. For anyone visiting Disney, this location is fantastic. It is about a 20-minute walk (approximately 1.7 km) to the parks, and we always felt completely safe walking back and forth, even after dark. This turned out to be especially helpful with our 4-year-old. In the afternoon, when he was tired, we could easily return to the apartment, rest for a few hours, eat, and then head back to the park.

Location is great , amazing safe area. Everything you need is there close to all things by walk, the outlet & the mall is around 3 minutes and the Disney is less than 15 minutes by car.

I loved that the property was close and has dishes, oven, microwave, washer and dryer perfect for a family. The location is amazing and so is the cleanliness. Isabel was in contact with us and met us at the exact time we asked. She was very kind and walked us through the whole check in/out, key use, and garage use. She also informed us of the giant mall, bakery, and shopping centers right next to us. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Disney and to Paris.

Nice location to Disney. 20 minute walk or free shuttle. Kitchen area had some coffee pods which was a nice addition. Cute play area in lobby for kids. Room appeared clean (aside from the floor).

Buses and public transport were easy to find. Location was good if your plan is to go to disney.

The place is very well connected to Disneyland through the bus route, even at midnight, it was very safe and peaceful. The entire neighbourhood is filled with apartments mainly (I suppose) for visitors to Disneyland. The neighbourhood also has some delightful Italian restaurants, few shopping establishments. The place is really clean, adequate supply of water, room heating was excellent.

Probably the most well kept property we ever stayed, things are well maintained, sparking clean, well decorated, good shower, comfortable beds, location is perfect for Disney, parking is easy

I absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, 10/10. The room was spotless and well organized, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was reasonably priced, with fresh food and everything prepared and presented with great care. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Despite being so convenient, the street is quiet and peaceful, with no noise. The elevator is a huge bonus, especially after spending the whole day walking around the city! Every member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. I stayed here during my trip to London and came back to stay here again, and I will definitely return whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
