What an amazing little place, compact but perfect for a couple of nights break. The place was spotless, and really well equipped - even down to 'proper' milk for tea, really didn't need to bring anything other than our clothes. The prosecco and crisps were a lovely surprise! The location is great, a short stroll from Aysgarth Falls and the welcome booklet had instructions for a great walk which we followed and had a lovely time, with a treat at the local tearoom to finish! Check in instructions were sent a day or so before our arrival with some helpful driving directions too which we appreciated

Wonderful, beautiful space looking out over the river. Everything has been provided to make your stay comfortable. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen space. Very nice fireplace. There are printed directions for everything in the unit to make your experience smooth. Extremely peaceful and quiet. The owner let us know that she was not going to be there at 10 AM for the normal check-out and offered a later check-out, which was extremely generous. She also provided treats upon arrival, which were wonderful. The place felt like home and we hope next time it is available for multiple days, so we would be able to stay longer. Cozy and comfortable. Walk to the waterfalls.

Everything was lovely, clean and comfortable. The host was very great at communicating and went out their way to make sure our bags were delivered as we got a baggage delivery for the dales way. Nice crumpets milk and great coffee. The really had Netflix on offer which makes a difference. Great location in the village to nip across to the pub. The kitchenette was well stocked for making our pack lunches. Even had a boot stand on the outside which I love as a walker your boots get muddy.
