Really fabulous Design. And the cleaning staff do exceptional work, everything is pristine.

The winery with country house type hotel rooms was located a bit east from famous Chiaty vine route. However, the location, accomodation, breakfast and dinner with different wine tasting was amazing. Panoramic Tuscany views from the hill, where vinery is situated, were just breathtaking...City of Arezzo is nearby.

It's clean, modern room with shared bathroom and access to a kitchen with a refrigerator. Located near the center of Arezzo within walking distance to a supermarket. Host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the city.

We enjoyed everything about this place. The check-in at 8pm was so easy thanks to Paolo who was in touch with us the moment we booked. The property has a fabulous location, is extremely safe and secure. The room was so clean and had everything we needed. There was a communal kitchen/sitting area shared by another room. Also very clean. After check-out Paolo let us keep our bags in the very safe communal area as we still had the pin code to enter. Lovely stay!

Unlimited breakfast and cheap kebab shop down the street is great for people looking to save money. The host was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed having access to a kitchen.

What an amazing property and location! It felt like we went back in time to a classical Italian upper-class home. We were able to communicate and coordinate with our host as we drove, and were met on arrival and provided a tour of the home and all relevant details. The property was clean, classy, well-cared-for, and better than we expected. The car park was inside a secure gated area, though the town seems like a small village where everyone recognizes everyone else anyway. There is also a gorgeous outdoor area to relax if we were so inclined. The views were breathtaking.

We loved staying here! Great hospitality. The room was perfect, comfortable, and beautiful! And the owners made us feel very welcome. Also, the location was very central, and they even recommended great restaurants around, and they didn’t disappoint. We would love to come back!

Our host was fantastic before, during, and after our stay. There was a very urgent issue our family needed help with during our stay. Not only was the host incredibly responsive, he had a solution within an incredibly fast amount of time. The house is in a fantastic location. It's a very doable walk, even with luggage, to the train station, and has good gelato, literally right outside the door of the unit. There were great meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of our favorite food was while we were in Arezzo. I would highly recommend staying here.
