Great Villa on the water with everything you need.

Flavia, the person who greeted us was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Knowing we had free parking was a bonus. And, to stay in the middle of an ancient city and have convenient access to the area was such a plus.

Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Hosts are excellent and live in the building so available to assist with check in and check out.

What a wonderful place: spectacular views and wunders, and the little courtyard provided shaded spots for relaxation and unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The driveway is steep and narrow! Parking by the gate was a great alternative.

This a lovely apartment with a rooftop balcony and a great view of the countryside. Unfortunately it was winter and the winds were strong. In the summer I would have enjoyed sitting out there. Although there was no breakfast offered (or expected) they left a lot of essential food like water, juices, butter, coffee, milk, etc. It was a short walk to parking and there are many restaurants to choose from.

We had everything that we needed and the apartment was modern with all the appliances that we needed in the kitchen. Neighbourhood was quiet and nice. Shops were nearby as well.

Wonderful retreat with a true Sicilian country house feel. Stayed four nights and felt so at home. Great views from the patios including incredible sunsets over Trapani. Great base for Erice, salt flats, and the Zingaro reserve. Did some remote work and WiFi was strong even outside (with neighborhood peacocks as my “co-workers”!) Highly recommended if you are looking for a place with character that gives you a sense of history and feeling of how local families have gathered for decades.
