We loved the views and the location. Everything was available in the kitchen for when we didn't eat out. You could feel that the owner put some love into the place and our hostess Federica, who met us and showed us around, was delightful. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and the convenience of catching the trains to the other towns at the bottom of the hill.

Very spacious apartment with dining area and kitchen. The grounds are also spacious, well kept and pleasing, with great views. The hosts are beyond helpful, so friendly and kind. You simply cannot go wrong in booking the Wood House. Top notch. I would give it above 10 if possible.

This was the most perfectly tranquil retreat to escape my busy city life for a week. The uncle of the owner greeted me on my arrival and helped me carry my luggage in and gave me a full tour of the amenities and what I needed. He gave me his direct contact as he lived close by in case I needed any support and I ran into him once or twice and he was always so lovely and kind. It is also a wonderful location to travel by car to nearby spots like Florence and Pisa, Parma, and is a short train ride to the Cinque Terra region.

We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The location was exactly what we were hoping for – a small, authentic Ligurian village overlooking the sea, with all the charm and local life you could wish for. Just below the house there’s a little bar where locals gather to chat, have drinks, enjoy dinner, and even dance a bit. It was wonderful to feel part of the village atmosphere. The apartment itself was really nice, fully furnished, and well equipped – it’s actually the first time we truly enjoyed cooking in a B&B. The terrace was a highlight, with sweeping views of the Ligurian Sea and unforgettable sunsets. The hosts were fantastic, always quick to reply and full of useful tips. They even welcomed our little Pomeranian with a water bowl and a treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. For those who like adventure, there’s a trail leading down to a secluded part of the coast with direct access to a great snorkeling spot. The path is a bit steep and not for the faint-hearted, but with good shoes it’s definitely worth it. All in all, a wonderful stay – great hosts, a perfect location, and an experience we’ll remember. Highly recommended!

Very quit and peacefull location and good start point for visiting the area. Very friendly and helpfull owners, very good reception. Big, clean and well equipped house.

The place is exceptional, as are the owners. Everything was great. Starting with the location, the pool, the room and ending with a very good breakfast. The service was fantastic. We regret very much that we could only stay there for 3 days.

I proprietari Giuliano ed Anna sono gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento ha anche un posto macchina riservato..

The most incredible hosts! Anna was an absolute delight! Fantastic location, peaceful and everything we needed! The homemade pizza on the first night was delicious! Would absolutely stay here again!!
