Self-Catering Accommodations in Syracuse

This is a gorgeous property. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a kitchenette. Everything was spacious and well equipped. The bedding was scrumptious which was important as we were there in February. This room even had a little courtyard off of the main living space. The location was excellent being about a block to the sea. Perfect for a seaside stroll around the island. We found many dining options close by both casual and upscale. We parked at Talete which worked out well as it was about a 15 minute walk.

We were given a room with old, worn-out furniture, which could definitely use some updating. However, the air conditioning worked well, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the bed linen and towels were clean.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was perfect and well organized. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent experience! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and professional – they accommodated our room change request, allowed us to stay longer on our last day, and even stored our luggage until our late flight. Highly recommended, and many thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful team!

Great location, in the heart of Ortigia. Spacious and clean room. The room had a kitchenette and a fridge. We took breakfast at the terrace on the roof, where we could view the sea. Stefano was a great host, advising us about restaurants and boat trips.

Location is great, everything is close by

Well organized apartment in the center of Syracuse. We liked everything. The host nicely surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine for the new year's eve celebration & home-made cookies from his Mom. Grazie mile!

Great location, close to restaurants and the ocean. The host was lovely and made us feel at home.

Nice host, I was able to check in late. Nice breakfast made home made cakes. Comfy bad and clean room. Recommend!

Beautiful manicured. Clean. Quiet. Nice pool. Gorgeous views.

The property was excellent. The host was the kindest lady and was always available to help us with anything. The location is very good. The old city can be reached on foot within 20 minutes as can many other attractions and the coast with beautiful views of the cliffs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Knives, pots, spices etc. The bathroom was also great. Clean, came with any amenities you’d need. I felt very safe here. Doors are very secure, and the terrace is also within a locked gate.

Conveniently located near the train station, extremely clean and comfortable, friendly staff and has everything you need. Open and spacious. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Amazing Villa with the outstanding service of Roberto and Eric who are always available at your service, great location 15 minutes from Ortigia island, few minutes from beaches. Villa is extremely equipped with everything

The host was really nice. The host runs a bakery nearby and offers free breakfast. Free parking in front of building and walking distance to Ortigia

Beautifully restored building, amazing comfortable and pretty room, really lovely host, super friendly and helpful, we loved this place

AC worked well in the bedroom. Pictures were accurate. It was easy to book. We were let in quickly and found parking nearby. Quiet if the bedroom door was shut. Loud if not.

At first sight the apartment is impressive. It's nice to see how a genuine Sicilian town house looks like. The rooms are big and well furnished. I appreciate the fact that there's a washing machine.

Property was very clean and close to everything.

Amazing indoor and outdoor space. Prettier than the pictures which are very accurate. 3 bedrooms up and 3 down. Outdoor kitchen was fun to cook in. Will visit again with my large multigenerational family. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Gated parking a plus. Close to markets and Syracusa.

The house was well situated within walking distance of the water and a fantastic restaurant. Only 10 minutes drive from a sandy beach. Nice quiet surroundings. The hosts Enzo and his son Mirko were very kind and helpful. Private parking inside the gate to the property.
