the location was incredible- steps away from the Rialto bridge but not noisy as it was off a tiny side street. The entrance to the building unassuming but when you stepped into it it was huge. The apartments themselves are very large and well equipped especially for families if you want to heat up kids food etc. Nice touch to have a starter pack with dishwasher tablets etc. The living rooms have exta sofa beds if needed and quite comfortable.

Great location with many restaurants, gelato shops, souvernie stores and just take maximum 10 minutes to most of famous visit tourist sites in town. Mark is a wonderful host, he supported us a lot regarding transportation service as well as offer a free tour visit Murano Island. Highly recommend for this apartment.

Great apartment, very big, very comfortable bed, extremely good location, it is possible to walk anywhere in Venice from here. Beautiful views from the front bedroom and living area. Felt like a very safe area. Photos on booking.com do not give the apartment justice. Hosts were excellent and very easy to get keys etc. Will definitely be back!

This apartment was so good my kids are still talking about it even after the vacation was over. It was really a dream apartment - located in a former Doge's residence and redesigned by Teresa Sapey + Partners. Everything looks so amazing - you have to see it in person because it so gorgeous. We booked a big two bedroom apartment, high ceilings, beautiful modern furniture, kitchen, enormous living room and dining room, big bedrooms. It is really, really beautiful. Location was good - you can walk to St. Marks. The street where is it located leads to a quiet piazza where there are restaurants and where kids just run around and have fun. It feels far from the bustle of the tourist route but it's actually near places of interest (400m from Accademia Bridge, 700m from St. Marks) There were complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. Toiletries were provided. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. At the lobby, there is an espresso machine, water, and juice.The staff is responsive on any queries. They also helped arranged for a visit to a factory in Murano. If you are visiting Venice as a family and you like the idea of staying in a big, spacious designer apartment - you should definitely try this.
