The property was easy to find, easy to park, and was exceptionally clean. Everything we needed was provided to us and it was the perfect place for our family of 5 for the weekend. My kids especially loved the games that were available to play. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area.

We loved the quiet, peaceful location and beautiful home. The villa felt comfortable and homey. It included a private onsen and sauna, a kitchen, and helpful amenities (including a translator device, telescope, large charging station, and fun entertainment systems. The location was within walking distance of the town center and not far from the local sites.

We were in the private room, which was very nicely furnished and had everything you need. It had functional lamps with different light settings, a wide wardrobe with space for luggages, and multiple plugs for charging devices. The beds were SO comfy and the duvet was so fluffy it felt like being in a cloud. The guesthouse had everything you need, in the kitchen there is equipment to cook and the owner has thought about every small detail about what you may possibly need! The shared toilet and showers were very clean. Location wise it is only 1 stop away from the main Nikko center, so in 10 min you arrive to Tobu Nikko station from where you can start exploring the UNESCO site or take busses to natural excursions. I would totally recommend!

Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Location is further from the main tourist attractions, but that was great for us because it was in a quiet neighborhood with local charm. Great eel restaurant across the street that has been around since 1912! Didn't get to eat at the pickle shop nearby but tried some of their famous pickled shallots... AMAZING! Highly recommended!
