Self-Catering Accommodations in Kaneyoshi

It was so nice to come back to this beautiful, clean, and cozy home after being out all day. The location was very convenient and close to the station, shops, and restaurants. The view from the rooftop is absolutely amazing.

The place was nice and spacious, with a gorgeous view of Onomichi and in the middle of a shrine area and the downtown shopping street. It had very comfortable beds, nice shower/bathroom space, and felt very safe and clean. It was easy to get into the place as there is a door code.

The building and rooms were great. The rooftop patio was fantastic when the weather was nice. The house was equipped nicely with towels, cooking utensils, blankets, slippers footwear for the deck etc. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely book it again.

The projector was perfect to enjoy some evening shows together and the beds were very comfortable. The whole design of the apartment was very clean and had a great look.

The apartment is fine, very small but functional. The space is well utilized and looks quite nice. It was fine for one night. Location is great.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, with all the necessary amenities. It is also right next to the station while still being on the hill offering a nice view on Onomichi. Access is very easy and check-in was thoroughly explained.

I have no idea why this accomodation got bad reviews because it is amazing, but i have heard japanese tourists give unfair low reviews. The traditional house is renovated very stylish-ly, and it is in an excellent location right next to a small temple park and 5 min from main street with cafes/restaurant/etc where you get down by the most iconic photogenic stairs overlooking the Onomichi railroad crossing. The inside of the house has everything you need, from cooking equipment to washing machine. Wifi was good, the tv modern with apps and stuff if you are into that kind of thing. I also really liked the simple small backgarden that gave the whole place a sense of serenity. While the house is traditional but it has been renovated into modern style and with solid walls so you have privacy and don't hear any neighbors, and unlike what someone in reviews said i was surprised that the house is NOT cold - maybe they did not know how to use the very strong heating AC unit that heats up the space pretty quickly and you can ramp up the temperature as you please, that is kept by the thicker renovated walls pretty well. If you are cold even then you can turn on the warming electric carpet on the tatami mats.

Very spacious, nice views, peaceful, quiet, big kitchen
