Clean room and plan was perfect for our family

The location was ideal for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, and near a river and parks. We walked along the river every day. The apartment had lots of room for two friends traveling together, and we could use the family room as a second bedroom. The price was exceptional. Much nicer than a hotel for a fraction of the cost.

The owner communicated with me many times before my stay! She was fast to answer, the room is comfortable and easy to find! About 5 minute walk from the train station. She even assisted us with getting to our destination early morning! There is Netflix and a comfortable shower! The beds are often very comfortable! Thank you!

Incredible place. I felt like a local staying here and in this area. Easy walk to subway station and then you’re anywhere in Japan. Was not touristy area at all, which I loved. It feels like you’re a local. The place is amazing and super clean. Everything you need honestly. Super cozy and cute Japanese house and host was very attentive. Easy check in.

We loved everything about the property! First on the list, the owner Yumi san is a great host. I contacted her thru Line on the day of the check-in and she is very responsive to all my questions. She assisted us during check-in and explained the facilities. She is also very fluent in english that's why we didn't had a hard time communicating even in person. Next is the room. It might sound like an exaggeration but the room is squeaky clean. The floors are clean, the bed is nicely made, the TV is a huge smart tv ready with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are even complimentary snacks! The cooking pans and utensils are complete and we were able to prepare meals throughout our stay. There is a closet with hangers to keep our clothes and luggages, there is an automatic washing machine, oven toaster, microwave oven, kettle, wireless charger, and humidifier. Towels are provided and Yumi even asked us if we needed more. Lastly, the location of the property is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area which are all walking distance. Over all, this accommodation is the best one we've stayed at so far.

This was an amazing stay for the value. The neighborhood is so charming and is a real residential experience of Tokyo. You’ll probably be the only foreigner around, but that’s not a bad thing. It feels like you become part of the neighborhood, seeing the same people on the way to stores, trains, etc. The room is so large for the price! The vibe inside is comfy, bed is more than enough for someone on the taller side and the facilities are immaculate. You have a full kitchen to work with, plates and all. If you’re doing a longer stay and want to save money by cooking, there’s a market right off the trains that everyone stops by on their way home. Multiple great restaurants within walking distance, though be prepared to not get into the local spots sometimes. These people are tight knit and it’ll take a few times to show them “hey, I’m here to be a part of the neighborhood”. Once they warm up to you, it’s amazing. Yumi is an amazing host and makes the experience so welcoming. This is my second time staying in Sakurajosui and I’ll hopefully call this place home at some point in the future. It’s that good, book without worries.

Beige is cozy and cute. It is set up well with conveniences that helped make our stay comfortable. (I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the apartment.) The building was near a busy street, but inside it was quiet and we slept well. Nice morning views of the city from the balcony. The area is VERY convenient— lots of lovely small streets in the neighborhood lined with vintage shops, small eateries, taverns. There are grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail shopping also all within a few minutes walk. The train station is less than a 10 min walk away and only 2 stops to Shibuya station, a main hub to access anywhere. Rie and Rumi were very thoughtful and very responsive to email. Would certainly stay here again! Thank you so much!

The home was warm and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. I liked the fact that it had 3 bedrooms.

I stayed in this house 4 times already. My favorite place when traveling with friends. The neighborhood have everything that you might need for daily basis and the express train really takes 12 minutes to Shinjuku. Yuri san is a wonderful host. Thanks always!
