The best hotel in Tokyo — without a doubt! I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan, but Mimaru was truly special. My father wasn’t feeling well and needed to see a doctor, and the entire staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to help us. They made sure he could see a doctor immediately, even accompanying us to the clinic and helping with translation — not just once, but twice! We were deeply touched by their kindness and care. They constantly checked in to make sure my father was okay throughout our stay, all the way until checkout. We are truly grateful for everything they did. As for the location — it’s perfect. Close to shops, malls, Uniqlo, Don Quijote, and just a 3–5 minute walk from both the JR Station and the subway. The room was spotless, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!

This small apartment in Shinjuku is in a really central location yet tucked away in a very quiet part – perfect for exploring Tokyo while getting a good night's sleep. It feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room, totally complete with a washing machine, a full kitchen with all appliances, and a big fridge with a freezer. The bathroom is great, and the bathtub was a wonderful bonus. Excellent value for money, with easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

My wife got sick, and staff were just incredible. Also for a family stay, the apartment was generous and the location was excellent.
