Self-Catering Accommodations in Ōdōri

Very close to Odori Park and Susukino. It’s only a few blocks away from two subway stations as well. The property manager did a great job communicating.

Good room for a budget traveller. The room was cleanly renovated. There was a public bath "sento" by walk distance.

Comfy place, decent amount of space. Nice to have the laundry machine.

It had 2 toilets, 2 showers and a fully equipped kitchen. All 4 bedrooms fully equipped. Im sure you could even accommodate a full football team.

Huge amount of space, very comfortable, great price

My family and i had a wonderful time staying at this rental. The place was big enough to accommodate our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The common area was where we liked to hang around as there was space for everyone to do their own thing during our down time from all of the sightseeing. The kitchen had all of the basic tools to do some home cooking. The rental was also well-heated with several heaters sprinkled throughout the house. And when a couple of the heaters ran out of gas, our host was kind enough to drop a visit and refill the tanks. Another good thing about the rental was its location - close enough to Susukino where the action is (just 3 tram stops away), but nestled in a laidback side of the city. And as advertised, there was a nearby drugstore, 7-11, and Seicomart - perfect for any quick meal runs at any time of the day.

Everything we needed was provided.

The size is good enough for 2 person to stay. Had everything I need; kitchen, fridge, washing machine, tv, hair dyer, ac, comfortable bed and most importantly has a lift. But I gotta say that the bathroom size is quite big. I was also allowed to drop my luggage at least 3-4hours before actual check in time which I truly appreciate. Everything is within walking distance including the nearest train station, Odori Park, Susukino - at least all these are less than 1km, which is doable for me.

very spacious.. and really close to the station.

Suitable for big groups and family as there were tons of room for luggages and moving around! Heaters were also very comfortable and sufficient for winter. Amenities were all available. Check-in process was smooth and easy! Location is a stone’s throw away from the tram which is 200yen and 2 stops from the key shopping districts. There’s also 24 hours supermarket and family mart right below the apartment

Clean, with all the needed amenities.

Very pleasant, clean and good position

It is spacious, the beds are very comfy and it’s very close to all places you’d ever want to see in the city

Excellent location, good unit amenities for a reasonable price. Owner was communicative and easily approachable. Unit was comfortable and made our stay in Sapporo great. Thank you!

Location is very convenient. Close to Odori, convenience and grocery stores very close. Quiet for a central location. Very clean
