Hidden Gem in Colombo to stay on your arrival to Sri Lanka. It took us 1hr from katunayake airport to this place. And it’s a peaceful area. Beds are comfortable and the master bedroom had A/C. It’s perfect for 2 person though it has 5 bedrooms and the price was much cheaper than most of the colombo hotels or inns.

The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

Everything! To begin with the apartment is super modern equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Calm and quiet place even though the apartment is right next to High-level road. Just one min walk to Nugegoda town made it super convenient for any traveling as well as easy for ordering food from outside. Also very good customer service. 10/10.

Staying at Cottage by the Lake in Thalawathugoda was truly the best experience of my lifetime! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering the perfect level of comfort. The serene surroundings and picturesque views make it an ideal retreat for nature lovers It's like stepping into a little paradise. The owner is an absolute gem. So kind, warm, and accommodating, which made our stay even more delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough.
