Excellent host-Ramona was very helpful and made sure we are comfortable. The campus is huge and open. Has a top terrace to chill out with a beer. Carlos was also great. He even washed our car which was very dusty(we went to beach and come back, surprise, the car was washed) Got the whole kitchen for ourselves. Got spices and even coffee powder from their kitchen. Beach was walking distance and a convenience store run by Masai near by who also exchanged $ for the same price as in city; villagers were not trying to exploit you. They all were friendly. Definitely liked the property and recommended.

The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

Everything about Villa Julito was incredible. First and foremost, Adriana and Carlos go above and beyond their duties as hosts. They truly make you feel as though you are at home. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering my many questions and requests both before and during our stay. On top of that, the villa itself is gorgeous and peaceful. It was clean, spacious and well-decorated, and the private pool and catered breakfast each morning were the cherries on top. The gated complex feels very secure as well.

This homestay allows you to use entire kitchen, garden, room all on your own which is more than 100m2 cuz there will only be yourself there! We really enjoyed staying at this chill place and the staff even gave us a discount price for it. Everyone here is sooo kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place to everyone if you stay in Kiwengwa.
