Clean, comfortable beds and furniture, large shower, quiet and safe neighborhood, made great use of the full kitchen and screen porch. Lovely decorations! Quick walk to the Shed and the Freezer, boat dock, Monkey Island viewing.

Everything about this stay was spectacular. Dan is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, and understanding. They offered valuable insight into the key spots to eat + check out during my stay short, 2 night getaway. Ask Dan to share the neat Homosassa website/cheat-sheet that he carefully prepared, filled with photos and descriptions of important local spots! The room in which I stayed at was cozy, and very well decorated. The on-site facilities (restroom + kitchen) were clean, and stocked with essential items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I felt incredibly well taken care of (Dan responded with little hesitation regarding front-gate access and a dishwasher curiosity). The home is absolutely tranquil and feels 'right', there was no horsing around. ..except for the horses. And the carrots. Yes, combine these two together (horses + carrots), and there is a wonderful time to be had. Above all, it felt like a true home; thank you, Dan. 🌱➡️🌲🌞

It’s a HOME, not just a place to stay. The host thought of every little detail and then added some more. Every amenity you could think of they had whether it be a blender or a bougie board for the beach. Charcoal for the BBQ, you got it. Bible in the nightstand, of course. Extra set of sheets just in case, you gotcha. They even had a dog bowl and bed for the furry guests too. This was the most comfortable airbnb I’ve ever booked. Host was also super helpful when we had questions, would definitely book again.

Everything was wonderful at the Blue Nile! My kids and I enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Instructions and communication from Anita were detailed and friendly. Nice binder of local activities, etc. Kitchen/bathrooms/laundry were well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to local amenities. Lots of neat wildlife around too. I worked from the front lanai one morning, and the bird songs were incredible! My kids found lizards and a tortoise roaming the yard--very fun. Check-out chores were very reasonable and clearly listed. We would definitely stay here again!

It was really clean and so cute. The rooms were spacious, the furniture was comfortable and I loved the private backyard for our dogs. I also loved how convenient it was to all the local attractions.
