He went above and beyond to address an issue with the refrigerator (handled within 5 minutes) to arrange laundry service, and to provide luggage storage. (There are large luggage lockers in the lobby that may be used prior to checkin or after checkout.) Breakfast is served in the lovely Bixi Cafe next door. This is a great place to stay!

At the luxury tent, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. We spent two nights there and really loved it! The atmosphere, the lovely prepared breakfast in the morning, the comfortable beds, the good facilities of the Dome, just everything was really nice made and the manager was incredible friendly and responded super quickly on WhatsApp.

This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. It was my place of rest during a long trip. Centrally located, a park a block away and many restaurants in the same street. A few blocks from the main square 9th July. The apartment is nice, and yes the shower overflows a bit as many people mentioned. But that does not take away from the rest.The bed is wonderful, good pillows and very comfy and nice sheets. Airconditioning was great, as it was hot during my stay. Last but not least, Fabricio is the best host ever, always available and replying quickly. And a great sense of humor. Loved it and would most certainly stay again.
