She was always available for any questions, picked us up from the train station in the rain (such a lifesaver without a car!), and even surprised us with goodies every day. My kids absolutely adore her—it felt like being cared for by family. Overall, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for families—we’ll definitely be back!
