He only uses local em natural ingredients, so the Menu is seasonal, witch makes ever more reasons to come back in different times. It was really amazing, incredibly!!! After dinner we had some drinks on the bar attached to the restaurant and had a chance to talk a little bit with Elia and changed some culinary tips. We gave him some Brasilien sweets to taste and he showed us some of his amazing ingredients.
