The boy that helps is very kind and not for the tips. My room had a beautiful Nile view. I was ill and the owner prepared special tea with herbs for me.

Super kind, friendly and helpful owners. :) They helped us to arrange a hot air balloon flight for good price and a taxi as well. We didn't have time for our breakfast (included in the price) in the morning, so they provided it us later when we had enough time for sitting down and eating it. They handled us very friendly as "friends". :) Good communication. Easy check-in and check-out process. This accommodation was the best during our 1-week stay in Egypt! I absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone. Amazing owners and good value for money. :)

The rooms were nice, the outdoor was great and the rooftop was amazing! We had so much fun. Jacob is so nice and attentive, he even brought us a cake made by his sister. He was flexible, understanding and help us with our activities. He charges a little pricey for activities but that didn’t affected our stay. Being able to do the laundry was a gem !

We arrived late at night, and he had prepared a delicious dinner for us. We also had to leave very early in the morning for a Nile cruise, and he had a fantastic breakfast ready for us bright and early. In fact I feel like he must not have slept at all that night that we stayed,but he continued to and be so gracious and accommodating despite our late/ early hours. He's so friendly and kind. The hotel is beautiful, beautiful tiled ceilings, a nice roof terrace, comfortable bags, and good air conditioning in the rooms. I definitely will stay there again next time I return!

We can really recommend the hotel, it is located on the West bank, which is much nicer and calmer than the East bank. Our apartment was nice and spacious, there is a nice terrace on the roof of the hotel. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. The owner was super nice and helpful, even let us leave the luggage until the evening, since we had a night bus to Cairo in the evening.
