Check in/out was quick and efficient and the reception staff was very friendly. It was easy to park on the street for free. Highly recommended.

Offering a terrace and views of the sea, The Olive Yard is set in Gytheio in the Peloponnese Region, 50 km from Kalamata. Monemvasía is 44 km from the property. The hosts (all of them) were simply phenomenal. Really kind, taking the time to talk with us and full of service and good advices. The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning, so well designed and decorated, absolutely lovely. The breakfast (and the service to get it deliverd), it’s the cherish on the cake and gives you a warm welcome feeling.

Wow, everything was perfect! We decided to extend our stay by one night because we liked it so much. The hotel & business is brand new, so everything was squeaky clean. The hospitality was the highlight and far exceeded our expectations. We even got fresh seasonal fruits and olives every day from the garden. The location was great for us, as it was a walkable distance to the fortress & town (30-40 mins) and the view overlooking the olive trees was just wonderful. You can also do a longer walk to the nearby beach and from there walk along the coastline all the way to the center, a very scenic path. If you don't like to walk, there were plenty of parking options in Nafplio and Uber costs ~9€ per ride. If you're looking to stay near Nafplio this is it, no need to look further!
