The family who run Mocca are amazing they booked our trip to Mount Ijen, picked us up from the train station and organised our transport to Denpasar airport in Bali. The rooms are very big with a comfy big bed and a really nice modern bathroom. The breakfast is also great and they even made us a packed breakfast to take with us when we had to leave at 4am for the airport. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! 😊

Really a home away from home, and we only stayed a night, but wished we had stayed longer! Fryda and Imran are so lovely, and super helpful, even before arrival. She helped us with everything, especially as ijen was closed, and how to route to malang on a different train when the main one was full. They also prepared breakfast to go for us super early in the morning, and waited for our taxi with us. The loveliest people.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again!

The apartment is new, clean, quiet, and gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, cold aircon. The place is near some popular eateries and a convenience stall. Security and owners are friendly too. Highly recommended. The room is exactly like the pictures.

This hostel was spot on for a quick overnight stay before hitting the Bromo/Ijen tour. The staff went above and beyond, giving me tons of great info on everything (like catching a ride from Surabaya airport and nearby dining spots). Best of all, they had a "breakfast" ready at midnight before my early morning hike pickup! Highly impressed!
