Flower Terrace was very comfortable and pleasant. It was a great place to stay while in Tokyo for the marathon. As an American, I found it spacious enough for one, two or maybe three people. More could certainly stay there, but it would be crowded. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the washing machine, which both saved me money. While it is on a busy street, it faces the quiet business courtyard of Shinjuku Eastside, which was pleasant and quiet.
