Gave us an umbrella to go with us when the weather turned bad on the day when we checked out.

Clean simplistic furnishings Muji style but has all the things needed, even a portable night lamp. Has only 2 exclusive rooms on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor is the bathroom and toilet, open pantry and relax chill corner. Ground floor is a co-working space. Family mart is 7 min walk away and the fish auction market was also within short walking distance. Place was quiet after 5pm but staff had recommended a good sushi restaurant that I enjoyed.

Beautiful space, great amenities like coffee and a projector, comfortable beds and great location close to the train station! Wifi and A/C worked well. The restaurant below is fantastic, we had such a delicious meal there.

The temple itself is beautiful, and the surrounding area as well. Everyone was extremely nice! We had to use google translate a couple of times to ask certain questions but everything went smoothly. We also selected the option of joining the morning prayer and stamp making with the monk (which were both really good), as well as the dinner (which was incredible). I don’t think we realised at the time of booking the size of the “room”, but it was essentially a massive place just for the two of us! (I think it can fit up to 6 or 8 people), so it really felt like we had the whole area just for us. We went by car and did a few stops around the temple which were also very worth while. Overall, we really enjoyed it and highly recommend both the stay and joining some of their experiences.
