Location was brilliant, 10 minute walk to the crab market and the beach. Arrange motorcycle rental for ($5) can pick and eat fresh mango for free. Access to a washing machine to wash your own clothes, they also supply washing powder and softener! Clothes smelt amazing. Free water refill. Access to kitchen and kettle, tea and coffee available, hammocks for relaxing. Chou and her male colleague were both amazing. Went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

We loved it here. It’s a very social place with kitchen and hang out area and gym. The location is great and the room was spacious and the bed comfy. The WiFi was fast and good to work here and the staff were super helpful with onward travel .

Great guesthouse in a good location in Kep. Sergei, the owner, is very helpful & friendly and his wife is also lovely. They have a full kitchen you can use as well as laundry facilities & plenty of communal areas - even a mini gym/yoga area. We really appreciate the free water refills. They also helped us with renting a scooter. Our room was lovely & the property is set back off the main road so it is very quiet & peaceful
