We were late for getting to the residence and the team so kindly waited to greet us late in the evening and offered us some excellent things to do/ eat while in Kotor.

Short answer, liked everything. Long answer. Home was excelent, facilities, location, host. Everything that you need is in a short walk (less then 5 min to store, bakery, restaurants, city centre). If you want to go to old town... again, 5 minute walk. At the same time it has distance from the main road, so not noisy at all. The house itself, perfect, clean, convenient with a cosy balcony and a small garden in front. Host was the most helpfull host I encountered so far. Thank you Ksenija for the support at all stages of our stay and helping with every question we had. If you want calm, rest type of vacation this place hits 10/10! Will stay here next time Ill be in Kotor

Luka is an amazing host - from sending us taxi numbers to turning the ac on before we got there for a refreshing welcome to having a video ready of a shortcut to get to main streets, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean and cozy. You can tell Luka cares for his visitors and has passion for what he does. 12/10 recommend.

Just a few minutes from the old town and the beach. The propriety is in excellent contrition, everything looks new. It also has everything I needed. My room had a view to the mountain. Also, the host Luka is very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay.

There are no open-access beaches—almost the entire coastline is under private management. But this hotel, folks, has its own private beach! You won’t be lying on a concrete slab with just a towel or next to someone else’s spot, because here you have your own sun loungers, umbrellas, and attractions like SUP boards and kayaks. A quiet place, right by the water.

Air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom plus shutters on the balcony door and windows made sure we kept cool. The swimming pool on the roof, along with deck chairs and a fantastic view, were well used during the very warm days. Easy drive into Kotor and surrounds. The host was gracious and ensured we had everything we needed. I'm happy to return.
