We loved everything, great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

Just one block from 5th Avenue, although not fancy, this place is truly a gem! Initially, I wasn’t sure as it was located next to a pizza restaurant in a busy area. My trip was last minute and on short notice, I had requested early arrival. Once inside the complex, I felt safe; it was quiet and everything was very clean. I was met by Diego, who was wonderful, carrying and storing my luggage, bringing extra water, connecting the internet cables and offering suggestions; he was so very gracious. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. The location was fabulous, close to the beach, the ferry and Fifth Avenue, making it a great stay!

It’s a pity we didn’t stay longer. All the spaces of the hotel designed in the smartest possible way that increases usability of every inch of it. The room had everything. The design was great and brand new. The staff is polite and location is great. There is a good pastry shop/cafe on the 1st floor for breakfast, a small kitchen in the room at your disposal with everything basic needed for cooking. A laundry around the corner. A fruit shop opposite to the place. There is a space for street parking. I will recommend this place to all acquaintances coming to PlayaDC.

I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the property. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a homey and comfortable feel. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still being a peaceful retreat. Jeroen was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations, making the stay even more enjoyable!
