I have never stayed in a property like sand rose where every single staff person goes above and beyond to make you not only feel comfortable but like family. Absolutely exceptional hospitality from Chris, Paolo, Moira, Enid, and Dion. And I would be remind if I didn’t mention their friendly furry friends scooby and spooky. The rooms we’re so comfortable, the breakfast tasty, the pool beautiful and relaxing. It was our oasis during a week of intensive work. I would shout my love for sand rose guesthouse from the roof!

Fran is a great host and checkin/checkout was super smooth each time. It is located in a safe neighbourhood with a mall in walking distance that offers several breakfast options (both coffeeshops or supermarkets if you would rather prepare your own, the kitchen was well equipped)

Situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood within a walking distance to a very big mall, supermarkets and city centre. The room itself is very clean and has almost everything you need. Fran and her husbands are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those visiting Windoek.

We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.

Very thoughtful owner there was even milk in the fridge and lovely biscuits, very much appreciated after long haul flight.
