The first person I encountered at check in was Tai. I was not in the best of moods coming from being stuck in traffic and a hideous detour. Tai was extremely pleasant and friendly. She made my day.

We were a group of four friends (1 guy & 3 ladies) traveling together so the availability of three beds was essential to us. The cabin was older but was clean and equipped to meet all the basic needs. We loved the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom even had bath robes, makeup remover and disposable slippers! Free coffee, juice and mini muffins were offered in the office.

The communication upfront was very good (all details were provided) and the house was very charming. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was provided which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. An aircon was added to the room too! Extra points for access to the laundry! I enjoyed waking up here, close to cool cafes and hearing some birds from the benchseat window.

The room, the living room and the kitchen were very clean! The kitchen was nicely equipped and had a sufficient selection of dishware and cutlery. The staff was very nice and always responded very fast to messages. There were nice people living in the other rooms, so you always had a nice chat at breakfast. The location is fortunate when you have a car because it is close to major attractions.

Sonder really exceeded our expectations. It's a relatively new building, everything works impeccably. We were worried about the noise, because it's close to the highway, but we didn't even hear it. Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved the drinking fountain outside our room. Location is great too, close to the center (and conference center) and lots of restaurants in the area. Generally, we felt very unsafe in Seattle, but the area of the hotel was actually fine.

Very nice place, with everything you need for a stay. Kitchen well equipped, BBQ was great, outdoor firepit. Lots of towels, extra bankets if needed, toiletries. I think Ray thought of just about everything! Location great...easy to get to grocery stores, and the metro station is only a couple of miles away.

Staff were excellent even before we arrived I sent a few queries via email and I received a prompt and clear response. They were the same when we arrived, extremely pleasant and helpful from keeping our bags as we arrived early to explaining where to go to eat and that we could bring food and drink back to the hotel. Very comfy bed, pillows and fluffy white towels. Small basic kitchen facilities for those who want to use it. Safe, ironing board, iron and a reasonably powered mini hair dryer in the bathroom.
