I like everything!! Location, facilities, staff, valuable. Location is very close to everything, close to gondola El-Tarter, just a few minutes walking. And also close to the bus station. And also for stopping stores & restaurants. Facilities: good wifi, outdoor hot pool & sauna. Staff is very friendly & helping with everything. I would recommend for stay at this place

Our stay at Serras was exceptional . Great team & amazing hospitality both front desk plus in restaurants. Emilce really made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Location for outdoor activities was perfect. The Incles Valley was on our doorstep and is a must visit. We recommend this property.
