Very nicely located --- close to the station, and to some excellent walks a little up the hill. Reception was great and friendly, and the owner sorted a huge problem for me by locating an adapter for my power supply. I also had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant Hauslwirt, which is part of the same place.

Great Ambience just to be there in the Alps, helpful and friendly staff, the included nearby canyon walk was well worth it. Spent way more time there than we intended. You can buy beer from hotel or from their vending machine!

The hotel was fine, my issue is that I was overcharged. I had booked the superior family room called Wellness suite ( 8 single beds) but was given the cheaper one famillienstudio (5 beds) which funnily enough was the one I had tried to book online as we were a group of 5 and it was obviously cheaper. That room wasn’t available for booking and I had to book the bigger one which was more expensive . I complained about it straight away to the front desk staff, but they weren’t helpful at all. Their only answer was that it was a booking.com issue.
