We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gartenhotel. I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It is a family run hotel and they made us feel like part of their family. We were a very large group and the hotel was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. They let us use the play room and the reception area for our gatherings, they allowed us to use dishes from their kitchen and were there to address every one of our asks. They were extremely helpful in booking wonderful restaurants and providing other recommendations in the area. The apartment we stayed in was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the kitchen was top-notch, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel’s breakfast was equally impressive with many tasty choices. Huge selections of teas was always available as well as coffees and snacks. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kitzbuhel ski slops making it convenient for both relaxation and skiing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and a willingness to help. very nice breakfast, spacious room, great wellness center and a pretty great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially important for me coming with my dog who was very welcomed and treated nicely by everyone, and even got lots of yummy treats from the staff :)

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.
