Perfect location. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. The best- a washing machine in the chalet!

The half board option was exceptional. A new menu everyday and each dinner was better than the before. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Location is 10/10! Especially the amazing view of the Dachsein

Julia and her parents were very accommodating to our needs from ski tuning to our very comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable beds, large room that was cleaned each day. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. A short walk to the Reiteralm gondola. We were there for the FIS Alpine masters finals with award presentation at the gondola area, all a few minute walk. Schladming/Planai is less than 10 minute drive. All ski areas in Schladming can be accessed skiing from area to area during winter however April 24 was a warmer winter with beautiful green valley floor with some areas already shut down, but skiing in the mountains was great. Free parking was great.

Spacious apartments with kitchen. Good location. Nice housekeeper. We had a good rest with the family. I recommend this place ;)

My best breakfast in Austria, ever! Sandra is really kind and helpful! Location is the best, you have the ski lifts in 2minute walk, amazing bike touring all around. Highly reccomended!

The hotel is located in the mountains. The room has a beautiful view. The owner keeps the property super clean. We got a card with a lot of discounts on things to do around. The breakfast is wonderful!

It is located just on the cabin parking lot, so it is very convenient for skiers. If you need some equipment, there is a sport/rental below the apartment.

Everything. The apartment is almost brand new and the staff was available when needed at check In and check out. Kitchen was well equipping. The place is well maintained and clean and I would definitly recommend it to my friends.

It was very close to the skiing area which we really liked. We also enjoyed the possibility to store or skis, snowboards and boots.

Very clean and cosy rooms. The room and the bathroom were much bigger than they look in the photos and there was even a balcony. The food was absolutely delicious. Preparing vegan meals was not a problem at all! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were there on my birthday and I was surprised by the staff with a complementary cake and a greeting card. The window view was astonishing and there is a hiking path just behind the hotel. In about 20 minutes drive there is another hiking path, where you can see groundhogs! I will definitely stay there again next time when in Schladming.

The staff went the extra mile to fulfill requests, they were genuinely concerned that needs were met. I liked the location - convenience to ski resort(s) and the option of shuttle transportation to/from resorts and the train station. The breakfast was very good - more options than expected. Again, it was clear that they wanted guests to have a good experience. The hotel staff was the best.

Great value for money. The room is big, breakfast is excellent. It takes 5 minutes to slopes.

Quiet, cozy, relaxing Friendly host

The location of the hotel, the room itself. the perfect breakfast as well as superb dinner these were the main appreciated things. Very big bonus is indoor pool and sauna. After skiing day in Planai (or Hauser-Kaibling) that provided good relaxation. Skibus stops right in front of the main entrace. We've not used that ourselves, but that is again very good thing.
