very nice breakfast, spacious room, great wellness center and a pretty great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially important for me coming with my dog who was very welcomed and treated nicely by everyone, and even got lots of yummy treats from the staff :)

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

I felt in love with this mountains !!! The magic is all around it!!! And the hotel wow .. exceeded my expectations ..absolutely stunning mountain views, amazing facilities, spa is wow ..simply magical ✨✨🥰🥰❤️delicious food!!! Amazing location, clean and well set up apartments, that were wonderful for a 5 night stay. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful - he gave advice on ski rentals, restaurant recommendations, train travel, grocery stores, etc. made us feel super comfortable!
