An excellent stay. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. Everything you could need was provided, the place was spotless and well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. It truly is one of the best accommodations. The view of the mountains and nature is breathtaking, and there’s easy access to nearby restaurants. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again

This was an exceptional,hotel experience. I made a booking mistake and Patrick, the manager, handled everything with amazing hospitality at no extra charge. It was close to the train station and I was able to walk to the Oechinessee hike. It has gorgeous views of Kandersteg and is right in the middle of town! Staff was friendly.
