Everything including food and cleaning or rooms

Good size, very clean with all modern facilities. Nice outside sitting area with well maintained garden. The apartment itself was very well equipped with high quality furniture and fittings. The host was very friendly and helpful. Although the apartment is a little way outside of Gstaad there is an excellent bus service (180 and 183) to and from the town at just 3 CHF each way. A small well stocked supermarket is just 4-5 minutes walk away.

Quiet, clean, with all you need for a week-end and more - just outside Gstaad - better with the car - parking available - bus and train station at walking distance.

We had an excellent stay at 5 night stay at Hotel des Alpes. We were made to feel at home, and the staff was very friendly, from the owner to the servers. We had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner of a traditional "shabu chinios" of very generous portions and sauces. The breakfast offerings were continental style, with varied local charcuterie, cheeses, yogurts and breads. A close walk to the gondola for skiing and train station and a convenience store nearby made the location very optimal. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you prefer a boutique-style hotel.

A wonderful stay ,Mrs. Sprenger’s hospitality was exceptional and thoughtful. I will always choose this hotel when in Gstaad."

(1) The room was quite decent in size with another level with two more beds for kids. The balcony was quite big with an amazing view (2) Staff was very friendly and helpful (3) Breakfast was really nice - we loved it (4) The pool was quite nice. Though the water was a bit cold, but we enjoyed the pool everyday! (5) There were ample parking (6) It is very close to the Gstaad center, especially if you have a car

Nice comfy room. The location was absolutely perfect! 3 minute walk to the train station, restaurants and shops right there. Saanen is very small and walkable and this hotel puts you in the middle of everything. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for the area.

Very goooood all staff perfect

Perfect hotel in the most perfect location on the pedestrian street.

Really nice location , on the promenade. The staff was very friendly and helpful , they even ironed our cloths for free. The breakfast was very good. Bath room was really nice.

Breakfast excellent. Location required either a long walk or easily accessible taxis
