The location was great. Very close to the ski field. With everything included in the package you don't have to worry about anything. We loved the evening drinks in the bar where cocktails are included as well.

Accommodation and facilities were great. We booked property, to stay over and to visit Neuschwanstein castle day after. Arrived late and didn't realise that we accidentally booked for one day after. Customer support from 8 Peaks changed for the day in advance, we chatted easy via WhatsApp and we entered the property in 3min - NO additional cost. We were exhausted after a long trip from Slovenia and when we realized in late hours that we made a mistake with booking 8 Peaks team support us.
