Location! Very quiet place surrounded by forests and walking paths. We also went to the swimming pool every afternoon with our daughter, she enjoyed it!

Staff super friendly and responsive to requests. Antonis especially helpful and warm. Room very cozy and inviting. Very comfortable bed and space. Good amenities including bikes to borrow no fee and close to the water and bike paths. Great 30’ sauna experience included each day. Close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. The shower was amazing!!! Delectable breakfast included with large selection for all tastes.

This property was very clean, well stocked with a variety of groceries and in great location. The owner was gracious enough to wait for us even when our flight was delayed. He gave us a great tour of the house with many stories behind the making of the house and his family. I would give this house an owner two thumbs up. We strongly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time in Kotatuli - staying with a local family (and their dogs) really makes a trip to Lapland very special and personal. Living in the middle of the forest is such a treat to relax and unwind, plus you get to see the Northern Lights driving there. Totally recommended!
