Location was excellent, good breakfast, many activities to do!!!

I booked this hotel for my sister and niece and they have enjoyed the experience. The room has kitchen facilities and the staff welds extremely friendly helping them while they were looking for a permanent accommodation as they moved to Rovaniemi. They have helped them navigating the city and offered help several times beyond what they could expect.

It was great with service, location and all the facilities. We will come back to this place! Next to ski resort and rooms built with sauna ! We had the most amazing xmas holidays here.

The best glass igloo in Finland! I was able to see the Northern Lights from my bed almost the entire night. The place is peaceful, not crowded, and very private. The breakfast was delicious and high quality. It was truly an amazing experience staying here.

Beautiful and really confortable

location (we went by other lodge but this one is the best). Private hot tub in almost full privacy. Great breakfast. Sup & kayak (we did have 3 hours of sunshine to use in very calm water).

Fantastic location, loved our little cabin. It was very clean and pleasant throughout. The site was fun for our child to explore. The sauna was fab! Adequate cooking facilities albeit no oven, we were able to self cater easily, and washing up liquid, cloths etc were provided.

Good location to see the northern lights. Beautiful nature as out on a lake and nice to see the sky change colors as the sun goes up and down.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Lapland Glow Chalets. The chalets are outstanding—cozy, modern, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by beautiful forest, the setting feels peaceful and magical. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. The location is perfect—with a car, lakes, nature, and the city are all just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

I loved everything here. I wasn't expecting anything as I always know that we get what we paid for and it felt like for its amazing facilities, they could charge us more. I wished we stayed longer as we were not able to see the Aurora. There is not much to expect from the host. Housekeepers are polite and all smiling throughout our stay or whenever we saw them.

The owner (Niina) is very helpful and easy to contact And it's very near to the city center. Very recommended ...

The host was amazing and nice!!!! He helped us with all the trips and everything we needed in the area, a patient and charming person!!!!! Highly recommend!!! The place is excellent, clean. In the city center close to everything, there is a sauna and everything was perfect.

Booking this accommodation was one of the best decisions we made! Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and always available to assist with our questions and needs. We loved seeing all the reindeer around the property and even had the chance to feed them, which was such a unique experience! The absolute highlight of our stay was witnessing the northern lights for two nights in a row – it was truly magical and unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip to Lapland, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s the perfect spot for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was clean, attention to detail in the apartment was superb. The place and everything and was very comfortable and modern. Milla was also very accommodating and responsive to questions asked.

Apartment is well furnished, all kitchen appliances and cutlery was there. Bathroom with sauna room. It is located at the city center, but it was difficult to find. Host didn’t answer to call or message. We reached around 2.30pm, but the host didn’t allow us to check in, said check in starts only at 4pm, otherwise to pay 70 euros for the extra 1 hour. And he was very rude. We had wait outside the key point with a 3 year old child in the bitterly cold weather.
