Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... Beautiful building and room, wood everywhere. It was very cozy and with a nice view on the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options to choose from. Very nice little spa with sauna and relax room.

Great location, with very nice and delicious food. Great to warm up in the sauna after an all day long hike in the changing weather. Interesting self serving system with drinks. Make sure to come for more than one night to enjoy the hikes nearby.
