It is a very cosy hotel with genuinely caring staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel well looked after - the team is attentive, friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A lovely place to stay in Borovets - we would happily return.

Cách Vườn quốc gia Park Vitosha 47 km, Elite Apartments Complex Iglika Borovets có ban công và Wi-Fi miễn phí. The apartment is situated very closed to the ski slope. Its a large apratment perfect to fit for a family with 2 kids. The place was very clean. I loved the closets 😀 Host was helpful anytime i asked something. Ski rental was downstairs and very easy when we going to/back skiing. For sure we will return! Thank you!

The hosts are extremely friendly and kind, and they always responded very quickly at any time. Breakfast was rich, filling, and absolutely delicious. It’s a lovely, clean, and calm place located in one of the very quiet streets of Samokov, just a few steps from the city center. I highly recommend staying here

This time using their other apartment. All is as shown on the images. Great value for the money we pay. This review is done in summer times, so no idea on winter how things would be. It was super kind of the owner to prepare some crayons and drawing boards for our kid. there is a near by kids playground.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

This place is an absolute gem. Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

Amazing well designed apartment for 4 people, very comfortable beds (sofas and the double bed), best equipped with kitchen, all tools, dish-washer and coffee machine. Very warm atmosphere.

Great breakfast. The Spa treatment was amazing. The team was outstanding!! We had a problem with a SIM card, and while we went to town the hotel team contacted the store (in Sofia) and struggled to solve the problem. They were great all the way 😀
