The views and location was so magical in the snow. It was the white Christmas we had always dreamed of. Set in the car-free mountain village of Braunwald, Märchenhotel is a family friendly house featuring a spa area with sauna, family pools, many children activities and different playgrounds. I liked the fact that everything was designed with children in mind. The children were delighted. I liked the food, although the selection was limited, but there was always something suitable for both adults and children. I also appreciated that the hotel was located within an hour's walk from beautiful scenery, making it accessible to children. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The outside area was very interesting for kids and their parents, with all animals, really cool playground, racing bicycles etc.
