Everything was top notch. First of all the location is very convenient. 4-6 minutes from Interlaken West and 15-20 minutes from Interlaken OST. There are numerous shops and supermarkets (coop and Lidl). The views are great, the building is located between water bodies and mountains. Everything was super clean in our room. The bathroom is very well thought. It dried very quickly. We had no problems with water pressure whatsoever. Kitchen is small and well equipped for light cooking. We were able to cook on induction stove on request. All tools and appliances were provided. Room was spacious with various windows. Bed was comfy, not too soft but not too hard. The temperature in the room was okay, the first night was a bit chilly but other times it was warm. Overall we really liked the hotel. Stuff was extremely helpful and replied quickly. The lobby was really nice. We were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room. There is also a luggage room. Thanks for amazing hospitality. We would love to stay there again.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The wooden caracter of the house and the old history, I felt myself in a very cozy house. And The staff were so much welcoming very helpful for inside and outside of the hotel. You will never be disappointed if you go to Hirschen Hotel.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. The staff was amazing. The rooms were perfect and it was really well located. 2 minutes from the train station

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. Central location, 5 mins away from train station, right next to small Japanese garden, making it look lovely. We got room upgrade to family room so really enjoyed our stay

Really love the patio area, where you may dine and enjoy the pretty view. The lodge is well facilitated with kitchen set and utensils, well functioning water heater and room heater as well. The owner also gave you interlaken card as well. Overall really enjoyed our stay! Very recommended!

The view you wake up to alone is worth it. Very close to interlaken and lauterbrunnen. The vibe of the place is so peaceful and abundant nature around. The host made sure to contact us with instructions before we arrived so was easy to get into the place. Would definitely come back here again. Enjoyed it. Grocery nearby too to purchase essentials.
