We tried the spa, all of the meals, the pools, the gym, the organized yoga classes, and the hangout spots, and all exceeded expectations. You completely get what you pay for here. The half-board option was well worth it; a 5-star restaurant experience every night. We used Santre as a launching pad for multiple hiking day trips, so it meant that we ended up missing a few dinners (and really missed them!) but the hotel is well-placed geographically.

This hotel remains the best for me in the area, second year in a row we are here. Rooms are renovated, staff is super hospitable, breakfasts are great, but as always cherry on the top is dinner, so half board is a must here. Chef is amazing and surprises you with amazing dishes every day. Great location, a lot of interesting places around.

Our server Pasquale is very helpful and we enjoyed our dinner very much. Would definitely come back again

What a gem of a hotel! A warm, homely hotel which provides a great breakfast, and the 5 course evening meal is packed with flavour that you'd expect with 4**** dining, but with double the portion size! The room was great too. I hope to return one day.

The apartment was very modern, clean, had fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the tablets. The whole accommodation is very family friendly - they have designated children and teenager rooms, multiple good quality high chairs were available in the breakfast buffet. The wellness facility had 3 different saunas and a pool. Also a big relaxation room, with tea and water available for free. Underground parking was easily accessible with the elevator. There was also a separate room for storing ski equipment in winter. We also liked the pizza place write next to this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was flawless the atmosphere to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The location is truly exceptional, nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by mountains. It offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views, yet still easily accessible. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

Great location within the city walls of old town Klausen.Food at the restaurant is excellent and there is a playground for kids right beside the terrace of the restaurant. The room is spacious with wheelchair accessible bathroom.
