Honestly this place was everything I was looking for and more! Yoshiro-san is the best host, he will pick you up/drop off at the train station for free. He offers like 3 rides a day for you to go basically wherever you want in the area and he’s very comfortable with google translate so no problem communicating! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the people are super friendly! I stayed there 2 nights but wished I stayed longer.

This is probably one of the best ryokan in japan! High value! The onsen is very spectacular. It will stay in my heart forever. For sure I will come back.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The private onsen, the room, and the location were all top tier. The facilities were so lovely and everyone was so accommodating. We had to rush out in the morning, so we didn’t have time to properly thank Akira or his mother.

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. Beautifull house, excelent owners. Classic japonese house, with own onsen (there is even a private one, where I could relax together with my husband). They provide yukatas, japonese shoes and even kimonos in your stay! I just loved everything! And they take you in the train station (when you are arriving and leaving). Just awsome stay! 100% recommend.

Shibu Hotel, featuring traditional course meals using Shinshu beef, private hot springs, and shared open-air and indoor baths, is an 8-minute ride from Yudanaka Station via free shuttle bus. Great location, they collected us from the train station, and dropped us up to snow monkey park and collected us. Dropped us back to the train station when we were leaving
