First, its location and surrounding is magnificent and stunning in its beauty and tranquility. Second, the red cottage we stayed in blends in well with such a beautiful landscape. Third, staff in the reception are warm and friendly. Fourth, the cottage is spotlessly clean. Fifth, breakfast is rich and varied in choice, quality and quantity. Sixth, dinner is sumptuous and of good value for money.

Located on a small island in the very heart of Svolvær Harbor in the Lofoten Archipelago, Anker Brygge offers rooms in traditional Norwegian fisherman’s cottages. The staff was really kind and helped with everything I needed. The breakfast was the best one I had in Norway (and beyond), they even had a table dedicated to gluten-free food with a vast selection. The view from the apartment was crazy. I'll definitely recommend staying here if you're in Svolvaer or in the nearby.

A) Room - Absolutely loved our room which is spacious and well-equipped. It was a refurbished old fishing cabin with tasteful decorations and restful vibes. B) Breakfast - Excellent breakfast served by super attentive staff. Wonderful food quality C) Activities - We had the pleasure of having Nicol take us on our Aurora tour as well as our sightseeing trip. She is so knowledgeable and shared so much with us about the local cultures and traditions that made us appreciate Lofoten and its people even more! She knew where to bring us despite the wet weather conditions and her expert knowledge really made so much difference in our enjoyment and appreciation of the place. A HUGE shout-out to her! D) Staff - Anna at the front desk was also so helpful and hospitable. Made us feel so welcomed and ensured we were well taken care of!

Located at the foot of Vågakallen mountain, these traditional rorbuer fisherman’s cottages in the village of Kalle come with free WiFi. Wonderful experience. Cabins are close to the shore and are really cozy. The main facility offers sauna, kayaks, table tennis and badminton pitch included in the price. Staff can give you good advice on how to spend your time.

Very well equipped with everything you could need. The location is also very convenient. We enjoyed spending evenings in the jacuzzi, especially when the weather was warmer and we could enjoy the surroundings. Totally recommended!

The location was next to water and a food store. The place was large and had everything from culture to modern and cozy. It was also very clean. We were 5 people and it was perfect. The owners was also very welcoming and nice, they helped us with the check-in, check-out and also when we asked about other stuff such as if it was a fireplace nearby. Everything was practical and easy. If I visit Lofoten again I will definitely live here again. Also the place is in the middle of the island so perfect distance to everything.
