I wish I could stay longer and explore the surroundings. The whole stay felt as if I was visiting a friend: I was treated with outstanding kindness and I feel extremely grateful for the time I have spent here. The room/location/ facilities were great as well.

This apartment was in a quiet little community in a valley at the end of a fjord. Farms and family homes dot the valley. The apartment had everything we needed to cook simple meals, was very comfortable and convenient to Stavanger and the Lyseford attractions. Our host left us some local gifts and had fresh roses on the table on our arrival. She was very helpful and told us where the local lookout is over the valley. We enjoyed some lovely sunsets over the fjord.

Location was superb right at the waters edge with beautiful views, a well kept hotel with good modern furnishing and a very good restaurant we would definitely go back again.
