Spacious and comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, excellent staff (they even let us check in early). Perfect location, plus billiards and a pool. Everything was just wonderful!

Everything was great: the rooms, the staff, the location and of course price( 70$ for two rooms including tax, are you f***ing kidding me 😆). The manager couldn’t speak English well, despite he was very polite and friendly. The village center was 5-7 minutes away only, which is very nice. It was so quiet in the morning, before check out we saw the lamas, they were so cute, took some pictures and videos. Highly recommended, probably we will be back next time.

South Lake Chalet is centrally and perfectly located to walk to Heavenly Village where there are so many shops and restaurants. It's also a short drive to other attractions and sites. Our unit was very clean, cute, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our clothing and the kitchenette was well stocked and came in handy. We also loved the fireplace. We brought our pup with us and there was an area to take her out to relieve herself and complimentary "poop bags". We were also pleasantly surprised that for a room that was pet friendly. It did not smell like dog at all. We've stayed in other places where you could definitely tell. The customer service was also excellent. Our questions were answered quickly and the representatives were so nice. Easy check in and a code to get in, we like that much better than a card key. We would stay here again!

The people are very polite and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely the best we ever had in any hotel, in the US or abroad. Looking forward to coming here again!

It was beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. The area is quiet, the bed was cozy, and the location is great — just a short walk to the main street. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking and felt spacious for two people. We also loved the jacuzzi and the small porch, perfect for breakfast or simply enjoying the view.

Amazingly well equipped and tastefully decorated room with its own kitchenette, fantastic bathroom with all sorts of toiletries, infinite selection of TV channels and streaming services, etc. Wonderful bed and bedding, super quiet... We had the small 'queen bed' room. In a nutshell - as a 4 star hotel should be. And very reasonable price for a establishment of this category.
