Spa hotels in Lucerne

The location is spectacular, right in front of the lake and has everything at walking distance. The service and facilities were amazing as well. They have great restaurants and a bar on location which made it amazing for us to have a good evening since we couldn’t go out because of the rain. Overall a great stay for us.

The place is exceptional and you would find all high quality services you need.

Location, facilities, well equipped

Location at the sea with breathtaking views. Live the birthday note and decoration on the bed. Thanks a lot :)

Excellent service staff, location on the hill in terms of view is incredible

An exceptional and comfortable stay. All the restaurants and cafés were wonderful, and the SPA exceeded all expectations.

Every element of our stay at Donat and Lina's Welness Alpengarten has been simply amazing! Located in a beautiful region, close to highlights such as Lucerne and Mount Pilatus, but remote enough to enjoy the serene Swiss nature. We were received very well by our hosts, explaining every detail of the facilities, while also providing tips and guidance on activities in the area. Breakfast was served royally, which could be consumed in the beautiful garden. The retreat itself is equipped with everything one could wish for, and recharge completely by enjoying the multiple private wellness facilities. We would love to come back here once more, and enjoy another Indonesian Nasi Goreng in the peaceful Swiss mountains!

Excellent location, wonderful view.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The location is right at the bus stop to the city center - keep in mind that you get a voucher for free transportation around the city (and discounts for many more). The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Switzerland. What really made this stay special was the staff! Samer at the reception is such a funny and cool guy, made us laugh and feel welcome. If we ever return to Lucerne, I would stay here again.

the staffs were so nice and kind

the whole package was enjoyable

Room Swimming Pool Spa Restaurant Cinema Staff View

The location, staff, the view and the service in the lobby was fantastic

Nikita and Mark are very welcoming hosts, I stayed only for one night and I already regret it

This stay is absolutely gorgeous! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was so relaxing to stay here after long week of traveling. Exactly what we needed and beyond exceptional.

It truly had everything we need and felt like home away from home. Lots of entertainment for the kids which was incredible - from board games, puzzles, and dolls to foosball, to outdoor table tennis and trampoline. It was hard to get the kids to leave! Kitchen was complete with everything. We made a few meals there and even barbecued a couple nights. It was very clean. Location was very convenient. Would definitely highly recommend and would stay there again.

Breakfast buffet included fresh and healthy selections with an omelette station, juicing options, and fresh baked pastries. Positive and attentive staff always there to fulfill any requests. The atmosphere was relaxed with spectacular valley views.

Everything is excellent there such as: - Location - Facility - Hospitality it was the second time for me that I spent there, again I enjoyed and I will back again.
