24h reception, staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very big and comfortable. Coffee and tea available in the room. The location was excellent and close to the center and main attractions in Prague. Thé breakfast was really great. Very nice buffet, changing every day.

The hotel was modern, clean, and always a few minutes walking distance away from everywhere we have been to in Prague. It was in a quiet alley in the middle of downtown which made it a quiet stay. Service is always fast and the staff made it very hospitable while we stayed.
